The staff was knowledgeable and really helpful and solved our problems immediately. The location of the hotel was excellent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Galerias Cuernavaca Mall. This property was in a nice area just off very modern shopping mall with great dinner options, and the center of Cuernavaca a city which offers a "million " beautiful things to do.

I stayed 1 night and greatly enjoyed the magnificent and particularly good location in the middle of jackson. The free parking was onsite, efficient service...

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was perfect for our needs. The room was just right for the two of us, and we enjoyed a tasty and filling hot breakfast. The staff was attentive and the bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also free and decent, and the water temperature and pressure in the shower were excellent. The private and secure parking, as well as the hotel's convenient location by the road, made it easy for us to get around in our car. Additionally, we appreciated being able to have dinner at the adjacent hotel without having to drive anywhere.

We chose to stay at this hotel for one night as it was conveniently located right by the road to Mexico City. The room was a perfect size for the two of us and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had good water temperature and pressure. The staff provided excellent service and the hot breakfast included was tasty and filling. The hotel also offered private and secure parking with a night guard, adding to our peace of mind.
